Having a safe space to be creative is a rare opportunity for people, and can break down barriers very quickly. It is revitalising and often therapeutic, for all ages and backgrounds. People’s confidence is built by being gently guided by an experienced artist, and often leads to sharing experiences both good and bad. I run creative events centred on well-being, inclusivity, and empowerment. Sustainability is at the heart of my practice, with most if not all materials used being reclaimed, recycled or natural.

Over the past two years I was employed by Cambridge Council for Voluntary Service, to run numerous workshops, which involved engaging the public in this manner, discussing difficult subjects such as Covid19, Lockdown, healthcare and mental health. During this time I was commended by my manager Suzzanne Goff for the outstanding results, inclusivity and sensitivity with which I worked.
